My mission is to inspire people of color to heal generational trauma and create generational wealth

It has always been my goal to provide culturally competent care as a way of providing a cultivated experience for my clients, many of whom are members of marginalized communities. I make it a priority to center their thoughts, feelings and emotions from the view point of their cultural identity and how it impacts their mental well being.  For people of color the disparities between the reality that some of us live and the idea of the American dream can be in stark contrast and we owe it to ourselves to fight our way past stigmas. We must demand access to healing and supportive care that sees us and acknowledges the impact of intergenerational trauma on our mental wellness journey.

It is up to us to hold this country live up our founder’s ideals, especially for Black Americans.

We have to be mentally prepared for the challenges life throws at us, and emotional support should provide the opportunity and the safe space to do that. I ensure that my clients gain the skillset and emotional language to master their thoughts feelings and emotions with the support of a professional that sees them as the authority of their journey.

I am a coach who specializes in working with people of color. My journey to practitioner came from me being a patient and needing someone who understood my cultural experience and who could provide me with cultural competence. Once I got healthy and learned the necessary skills to battle my issues. I wanted to normalize that experience for other people of color. My goal is to educate people and remove the stigma, through my work.
