One-on-One Services
One on One Client Services
We provide both mental health services and coaching services for our clients, to make sure we can provide for differing needs. Our clinical training allows us to determine whether the socio-emotional needs presents challenges to the results our clients desire. While not every one has mental health diagnosis we all have issues that require support.
Therapy
My clinical training allows me to work with clients who want to utilize their insurance to tackle their challenges. Insurance billing requires clients to meet diagnostic criteria for treatment. We work with individuals, couples’s teens and families.
Coaching
Coaching is a very targeted skill that allows us to work through very specific issues. The beauty of therapy is my role as a therapist allows me to guide my client through self discovery. While coaching is literally me taking a client from one starting point and moving them to one very specific destination. They are different skills but both essential ones that can work hand in hand. But only certain providers have the skill and training to do both.
