I am a reformed super hero turned zen master….

In my former life of saving damsels in distress and solving everyone's problems I created a plethora of problems of my own. With no help in sight, and no idea how to achieve my dreams on my own. I had to admit I needed help.

When I got clear on who I was, and what I really wanted did I admit the life I wasn’t living was the life, I knew deep down inside of me I deserved. I knew I wanted more… more love, happiness, and success. I even had the audacity to say those things out loud for others to hear.

I wasn’t ashamed to have dreams and actively pursue them. But what I was missing was the "know-how" to look fear in the face and do the shit that scares me ANYWAY!

I had to find out what was holding me back and figure out the necessary skills to get what I said I wanted.

For Me That Meant I Had To Get Help

I am licensed as a psychotherapist who uses the latest evidence based practice methods to help with the reduction of symptoms.

I attended undergraduate school at Brooklyn College where I received me BS in Communication and sociology. Attended graduate studies at New York University Silver School of Social Work, where I earned a Master of Social Work, Post graduate certificates; from Columbia University and University of Connecticut.

In short I have invested in my education and am more than qualified to help you solve your issues.

I’m licensed to practice in the states of New York, New Jersey, Georgia and Florida.

Which means I have proven the proven ability to treat people with who have life issues as well as mental health diagnosis.
